Gravity Infuser

The Story:

As part of the core design team, I contributed to the industrial design, packaging, and accessory ecosystem for the Stündenglass Gravity Infuser. The project focused on translating a bold, kinetic smoking experience into a refined, premium product language. I supported the development of functional components, CAD refinement, and accessory architecture while ensuring all elements aligned with brand aesthetics and usability goals. Packaging was designed to both protect and present—highlighting the product’s form while addressing logistical challenges. I created CMF frameworks and visualization assets that helped drive alignment across marketing, engineering, and production. Additionally, I developed detailed DFM documentation to support manufacturing consistency and ensure that what was designed remained intact through production.

The challenge:

A major challenge in the Stündenglass Gravity Infuser project was elevating a traditionally niche product category into a premium, design-forward experience without compromising on functionality or user engagement. The product’s kinetic nature introduced unique constraints demanding precision in moving parts, careful material selection, and clear integration between core components and accessories. At the same time, the packaging had to accommodate a complex geometry while delivering an impactful unboxing experience and addressing logistical constraints like part protection and shipping efficiency. Balancing bold visual language with manufacturability, I worked to ensure a cohesive ecosystem where product, packaging, and experience all reinforced the brand’s elevated, disruptive identity.
