Vocaster Packaging
The Story:
Led the execution of Vocater’s packaging system translating high-level concepts into production-ready solutions. This included developing precise dielines, selecting materials, and ensuring structural integrity across formats. I also created high-quality renderings used for internal reviews, retail presentations, and marketing assets. The final packaging balanced visual clarity with a sustainable design approach, minimizing material waste while maintaining a refined, elevated brand presence.
The challenge:
A key challenge in the Vocater packaging project was bridging the gap between conceptual design and manufacturable execution especially within the constraints of sustainability goals and premium brand expectations. The packaging needed to feel elevated and distinct on-shelf, while also reducing material use and simplifying production. This required iterative prototyping to fine-tune dielines, test structures, and validate material choices across multiple SKUs. I worked closely with suppliers to ensure the final design met durability standards without compromising on form or finish, ultimately delivering a system that was both efficient to produce and visually cohesive across the product line.
